To make a request for maintenance, please call 705-472-2441 during regular business hours or submit a request online. Please note that online maintenance requests are reviewed during regular business hours.

If you have an after-hours emergency, please call 705-472-2441.

It is always our preference to have the tenant present while working in your unit however; we understand that sometimes that is not possible.

If you selected yes, we will reach out to you to arrange a date and time for the work to be completed. Please let us know the best way to reach you.

If you selected no, we will reach out to you to schedule a date and time when you are home for the work to be completed. If we are unable to reach you, a 24 hour notice of entry may be sent so that we may complete the repairs reported by you on this form. Please let us know the best way to reach you.
