The Nipissing District Housing Corporation (NDHC) is governed by a Board of Directors that provides governance, strategic direction, accountability, and oversight for the Corporation's operations and housing portfolio.
The Board consists of 12 members appointed by the District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB). In accordance with NDHC By-Law No. 1, the composition of the NDHC Board mirrors the composition of the DNSSAB Board and includes representatives from municipal areas and the Territory Without Municipal Organization (TWOMO) across Nipissing District.
In carrying out its responsibilities, the Board exercises the powers, duties, and responsibilities assigned through applicable legislation, NDHC By-Laws, and established governance practices.
